Snap Pickle Privacy Policy

Information We Collect and Use

• Photos you choose to provide: When you actively use dish recognition or recipe suggestions, the app sends the photo you take or select over HTTPS to Alibaba Cloud DashScope, including its Qwen visual services, solely to generate recipe-related suggestions in the app. We do not ask you to provide unrelated identity information for this request.
• Data stored on your device: Saved recipes, including titles, ingredients, steps, notes, and associated images, are stored locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not operate a central account system or retain this recipe data on our own servers.

Permissions

• Camera: Used to take a food or dish photo when you choose to do so.
• Photo Library: Used to select an existing photo when you choose to do so.

Third-Party Services

To provide image recognition and recipe suggestions, the photo you actively submit is processed by Alibaba Cloud DashScope. Its processing is also governed by the applicable Alibaba Cloud terms and privacy policies.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your saved recipe data remains on your device. You can remove it by deleting recipes in the app or uninstalling the app. Image-recognition requests sent to the third-party AI provider are handled according to that provider's retention practices.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the last-updated date on this page and provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate.

我们收集与使用的信息

• 您主动提供的照片：当您主动使用菜品识别或菜谱建议功能时，应用会将您拍摄或选择的照片通过 HTTPS 发送至阿里云 DashScope（包括通义千问视觉服务），仅用于在应用内生成菜谱相关建议。我们不会要求您为该请求提供无关的身份信息。
• 设备本地数据：您保存的菜谱，包括标题、配料、步骤、备注及关联图片，默认使用 SwiftData 保存在您的设备上。我们不运营中央账户系统，也不会在自有服务器上长期保存这些菜谱数据。

权限说明

• 相机：在您主动选择时用于拍摄菜品照片。
• 照片库：在您主动选择时用于选取已有照片。

第三方服务

为提供图片识别与菜谱建议，您主动提交的照片会由阿里云 DashScope 处理。相关处理同时受阿里云适用的服务条款与隐私政策约束。

数据保留与删除

您保存的菜谱数据保留在设备本地。您可以在应用内删除菜谱，或通过卸载应用移除本地数据。发送至第三方 AI 服务商的图片识别请求按照该服务商的数据保留政策处理。

儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集 13 岁以下儿童的个人信息。

政策变更

我们可能适时更新本政策。更新时会修改本页面的最后更新日期；若有重大变更，我们会在适当情况下通过合理方式提示。
